ASEM 6

The leaders of almost 40 Asian and European countries and representatives of the European Commission have gathered for the ASEM 6 Summit in Helsinki. 

The Heads of Delegation will hold working sessions on Monday with the following topics: Dialogue among cultures and civilisations, Sustainable energy including environment and energy security, Globalisation and competitiveness and the Future of ASEM. Summit documents, such as press releases and conclusions, will be available on this website. Chairman's press remarks will be published after each working session.

The closing ceremony at 17.00 (GMT+3) and the subsequent coordinators' press conference at 17.30 (GMT+3) will be webcast.
