Minister of the Environment, Jan-Erik Enestam: "ASEM climate declaration could make a change"

"I hope that the ASEM meeting will adopt a declaration on climate issues. It would be good news indeed if the declaration supported the constructive dialogue initiated at the Montreal climate conference last year", said Minister of the Environment Jan-Erik Enestam, opening the Europe-Asia dialogue on climate change. The seminar took place on 7–8 September in Helsinki.
